- Seven (7) day return, from delivery date, SUBJECT to condition of computer.

RETURN - CANCEL ORDER PROCEDURE: |
- Please click on the Customer Service e-mail link below. Send an e-mail containing your name, phone number, and computer model. Customer Service will then contact you with a return authorization number. Once you have received your return authorization, ship the laptop to the address given on the "Contact Us" page. Return payment is made within 14 days.

| Return fees: |
- Twenty (20%) percent fee on a return or order cancellation. The restocking fee is waved if return is due to a hardware failure.

- No return on hard drive upgrades
- There are no fees if the return is due to hardware failure at the time of delivery
