Notebooks for Students offers the following return policies:

1. Ten day (10) return, from shipping date, SUBJECT to condition of computer.

RETURN - CANCEL ORDER PROCEDURE

Please click on the Customer Service e-mail link below. Send an e-mail containing your name, phone number, and computer model. Customer Service will then contact you with a return authorization number. Once you have received your return authorization, ship the laptop to the address given on the "Contact Us" page.              Payment is made within 15 days.

Return fees:

• Twenty (20%) percent fee on a return or order cancellation (not to exceed $80.00). This is what we have to pay to return the notebook to the refurbishing lab.

• No return for shipping fees

• No return on sales items
