NFS Return Policies

30 Day Return Period

Full refund

A full refund will be provided if the return is due to:
  • A mistake in filling the order
  • A hardware issue with the laptop

Non-refundable costs

Non-refundable costs and conditions are applied if the return is made due to the customer changing their mind.
  • $15.00 for shipping staff time and materials.
  • Missing or opened accessory costs: Laptop case = $25.00 Thumb drive = $10.00
  • Accessories (Carrying case & Thumbdrive) must be unopened to return
  • No refund for shipping costs
  • No return on Microsoft Office licenses

NFS will not accept damaged laptops for return
